It's true! You have 30 full days from the day you receive your Monkey Rocker™ to decide if you want to keep it. As long as you haven't used it, you can send it back for any reason and receive your money back.

We don't charge a restocking fee, but we will not be refunding the shipping portion of your transaction. Also, you will have to pay the shipper to send it back to us.

You need to carefully consider whether this product seems likely to be something you would enjoy. Also, in most cases, this is not a good surprise gift, unless you know ahead of time that the intended recipent has expressed an interest in it, or have some other reason to be confident they will like it.
